Chris began working for Keen-Summit Capital Partners in January 2023, and has been aiding in multiple real estate disposition and lease restructuring projects since starting. Chris is focused on gaining experience and assisting with real estate due diligence and valuation, developing and implementing marketing plans, interacting with prospective buyers and soliciting offers. In addition, assisting with lease abstracts, market analysis, and lease negotiations.
