Daniel Shea joins Keen-Summit Capital Partners as a Managing Director. Daniel brings over 13 years of investment banking experience to this role, with significant experience in the specialty retail, ecommerce, food & beverage and restaurant sectors. Daniel has completed over 30 transactions including restructurings, M&A advisory, private placements and public offerings principally for small-cap, mid-cap and emerging growth companies. Prior to joining Keen-Summit Capital Partners, Daniel was a Managing Director in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group at Canaccord Genuity, a Managing Director at Sterne Agee-CRT and a Director at Janney Montgomery Scott. Daniel received his BSFS from Georgetown University and received his MBA from UCLA Anderson.4
