Flaxer, Esq., as Chapter 11 Trustee for the Estate of Joseph Klaynberg (“Debtor”), United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New YorkCase Number: 22-10165 (MG), as his sole and exclusive advisor for selling the assets of the Debtor, consisting of LLC membership interests either in:

(b) LLCs that own interests in LLCs that own commercial real estate.
