For-Sale: Historical Randsburg – Red Mountain Mining Claims
San Bernardino and Kern Counties, California, USA
(A) 70 Patented Mining Claims, 1,324 acres, and
(B) 108 Unpatented Placer & Lode Claims, 2,125 acres
We are selling the above-referenced patented (fee-owned land and minerals) and unpatented (leased) semi-contiguous mining claims covering approximately 3,449 acres in the historical mining districts of Randsburg, Johannesburg, Red Mountain and Atolia in San Bernardino and Kern Counties, California, USA (“Mining Claims”). These sites have historically produced millions of ounces in gold, silver, and tungsten, dating back to the late 1800’s.
Our technical team has compiled a thorough geological review of historical documents from the former owners of the Mining Claims. John T. Boyd Company (Boyd) has completed a NI 43-101 Project of Merit (PoM) Report for the mining claims based on the comprehensive information in the data room. Historical resources and reserves estimated over the mining claims total over 1.5M Oz Au equivalent which excludes a Platinum and Palladium potential that requires follow-up at the famous Kelly Mine. These resources and reserves are not NI 43-101 or JORC compliant but are showcased in our current reports and Boyd has also outlined priority areas for exploring the historically rich Kelly Mine in the PoM.
The PoM report, in conjunction with an additional independent geological report and extensive project data room is available to qualified prospects that execute, complete and return our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). If you are interested in learning more about these historical and extremely valuable Mining Claims, please complete and return our NDA.
By way of background, a large disseminated gold system was discovered at Randsburg, California in the 1890ʼs and was mined nearly continuously since then. In more recent decades, the entire district was owned mainly by two parties: (1) Glamis Gold Ltd., which mined over 900,000 ounces of gold alone from the famous Yellow Aster mine between 1986 – 2006; as well as 865,000 ounces of gold from the Baltic and Lamont Pits between 1987 – 2001, and (2) Mines Exploration Inc., which began operations in 1950.
Triple Nine Plus Fine Land & Mining Company, LLC purchased all the Mining Claims (including the famous Kelly Silver Mine and adjacent properties) from Mines Exploration, Inc. in March 2006. We are selling the complete package of patented and unpatented claims that encapsulate the Kelly Silver (+ gold ± PGEs) Mine, the Baltic gold pit (partial coverage) previously worked by Glamis Gold Ltd., and the Atolia-Moore Placer which hosts a historically estimated 240KOz Au Eq. The claims also hosts additional precious metal lodes, significant placer deposits, and mineralized tailings and dumps.
In addition to deposits, other revenue potentials include solar farm, wind farm, and real estate development.
Return executed NDA to Chris Mahoney and Heather Milazzo.
